Laura Bartlett has been a realtor since 2003. Laura is currently licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts. She has lived in Colebrook for the past 16 years with her husband and 3 daughters. Laura and her family are actively involved with the community and the Colebrook Center Fire Department.
Joyce Miles has been with Nightingale Real Estate since 2003. She is a resident of Winsted and acting President of The Friends of Main Street; a not for profit organization whose goal is the revitalization of Winsted's downtown. Joyce is very familiar with the commercial property available in the Winsted area. Before becoming a realtor, Joyce was active in the business community and human services in particular. Joyce is licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts. She loves being a realtor and has just acquired her broker's license.
Eric Nightingale has been a realtor since 1998 and a broker since 2002. Eric grew up in Winsted and graduated from the local high school. Eric has purchased and sold residental and investment properties in Winsted. In 2002, when Eric started Nightingale Real Estate, his intention was to work alone. As time went by, he was approached by other agents seeking an agency that shared the same values and high standards of conduct as their own. Today, there are 8 of us with similar visions.
